It won't stop snowing. I'm sick of sweaters and layers. I'm sick of a treadmills.
Yesterday I just couldn't handle it anymore and risked my life for a 7 miler in ice and snow. Let me tell you, it was 100% worth it. I only took one little tumble, but I made it home in one big snotty, red faced piece. I just feel so much more free outside. Like I can conquer the world. And I thought I'd document my winter running gear because it's so much more awesome than my warm weather running gear, which mostly consists of stanky tanks, old race tees and Nike shorts/spandex.
I finally invested in a pair of legit, cold-weather tights. I recommend it if you're a runner.

I'm really struggling with my daily outfits.
I work in a store that is filled with shorts, fun dresses and thin tops... and I try to fit in with the store, yet am tromping around in boots nonstop. Its a limbo. I'm also hitting the winter doldrums. Quite crabby and just over all the gloom and freezing temps and snow and ice.
I need a tropical vaca.
Seattle this weekend is going to feel tropical... So excited! Maybe I can show some skin? ;)
